Due to continuous and steady growth in the fire and electrical industry, we are looking for someone to assist with a permanent, part-time Administration Officer role within the company and to join our team!
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Attending Hutt Street Adelaide SA office from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Customer service, via phone, email and in person when required.
Invoicing, accounts and reconciliation of transactions.
Assisting with staff work schedules.
Assisting with a wide variety of office-based tasks.
Work within client online portals for construction and service-based work.
Other items as requested where reasonably suitable for your role and skillset.
Minimum Requirements:
Two years' experience in an office administration role.
Experience with Xero software.
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Great literacy & customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
'Can-do' positive attitude to new reasonable tasks.
A working with children check & police clearance OR the ability to obtain both of these during probationary period.
