Administration Assistant (Part-Time, School Hours)

At Renelec Electrical Services, we’re looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with strong Xero skills to join our growing team. We’re a family-owned SA business that values integrity, quality, and people — both our customers and our staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day office administration.

Drafting invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payments in Xero.

Entering customer and job details into ServiceM8.

Scheduling jobs and contacting tenants to arrange bookings.

Following up quotes and supporting the team with accurate reporting.

Answering phones, emails, and enquiries with professionalism.

Keeping the office running smoothly — and spotting opportunities to improve.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with Xero (accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations).

At least 3 years’ administration experience (trade or service industry experience a plus).

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Highly organised, with great time management and attention to detail.

Professional, friendly communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software (desirable).

Current First Aid certificate (desirable).
