Trades Coordinator – Join the Team at APMG Services

As a Trades Coordinator, you will work closely with our Service Manager, coordinating all aspects of trade operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and allocate tradespeople to jobs, ensuring efficient workflow.
Procure materials and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Act as the main point of contact for tradespeople and service-related customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate records and update systems with work orders, pricing, and booking details.
Prepare reports for management, compile project packs, and assist with tender documentation.
Oversee compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Utilise relevant software such as Microsoft Office, simPRO, Tradify, or Xero.
Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, suppliers, and management at all times.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in resolving trade-related challenges.
Allocate tasks and provide guidance to technicians within defined competency levels.
Follow safe work practices and comply with company policies and management direction.
Interpret service plans and drawings relevant to trade coordination.
Understand and apply building codes, Australian Standards, and Workplace Safety compliance requirements.

Customer service-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Proficient in computer systems and industry software.
