We are currently seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator / Project Manager to join their team.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications

• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment

• Liaise with architects, engineers, technical professionals, and tradespeople

• Negotiate with building owners, developers, and subcontractors

• Implement and manage site-specific work programs

• Ensure compliance with building legislation, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Manage building contracts or subcontract specialised services as required

• Oversee subcontractor performance and project progress

What you need to bring to the role

• Well-established business with 20+ years of industry success

• High-end residential, multi-residential, insurance, and special projects

• Work based out of Melbourne, VIC

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction project coordination, preferably in waterproofing or tiling

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) and current driver's licence required
