About the Company

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 commercial construction company with a proven track record delivering design & construct and construct-only projects across NSW. With a strong order book secured for the next 18–24 months, they continue to win work in the education, industrial, aged care, and health sectors.
Due to sustained growth, they are now looking for a confident and delivery-focused Project Manager to join their team and take full ownership of a major upcoming project.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead the site and commercial teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of commercial construction projects ($10M–$60M)
• Manage construction programs, budgets, and risk profiles
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with WHS regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings
• Drive project delivery with a focus on time, cost, and quality

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in the commercial construction sector (as a PM or Senior CA stepping up)
• Strong understanding of project programming, contracts, and financial control
• Proven ability to lead site teams on projects of $10M+
• Experience with D&C and construct-only contracts
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
