A leading company providing strong membership and insurance services is seeking a Call Centre Team Leader.
As the Call Centre Team Leader, you will oversee Insurance and Customer Service Contact Staff. Your responsibilities include supporting, developing, coaching, and driving the team to meet targets while ensuring exceptional customer service in a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach the team in partnership with HR
- Manage scheduling and rostering
- Monitor KPIs and review outcomes
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Conduct performance reviews with team members
- Commit to continual customer service improvement
Key Requirements
- Leadership experience within a Call Centre
- Proven ability to motivate and lead by example
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Ability to build and develop relationships at senior levels
- Capability to grow and develop team members
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

To be considered for this role, you must have leadership experience within a Call Centre. A passion for motivating and encouraging others, along with the ability to lead and manage team members to achieve service targets, is essential.
