1. Key Responsibilities
Process a small payroll and complete bank reconciliations
Prepare and lodge BAS
Be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues
Prepare reports and business documentation as required
Manage ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
2. What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
A problem-solving mindset and keen eye for detail
Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
Experience with Xero
Experience with Aroflo (desirable)
