Leading business based in Banyo requires an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to join their team.

The role is managing a range of tasks including collections, banking and allocations, reconciliations and query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking and Allocation of Payments
• Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Generate and issue invoices and statements
• Follow up on outstanding payments - Collection calls
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing queries

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Clear and confident communication skills
