About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client on a 6-8 week temporary assignment. You'll be part of a busy but supportive finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes during a critical period.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing bills to ensure charges align with contracts
• Making amendments, adjustments and re-issuing invoices as needed
• Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Performing data entry and reconciliations
• Using Excel (including V-lookups) for reporting and analysis

• Hourly Rate: $38-$42 per hour + super
• Location: City fringe, close to public transport and amenities
• Flexibility: Start your day anytime between 7.00am and 9.00am
• Hybrid Work: 1-2 days WFH available after training

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or billing
• Strong Excel skills, including v-lookups
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to manage queries and resolve issues promptly
• A proactive, flexible approach to getting things done in a fast-paced environment
