About the Opportunity
Our client is a long-standing and reputable private college dedicated to providing an encouraging, nurturing, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.

They are currently seeking a confident and capable Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a short-term contract, assisting with increased volume and staff leave coverage. This role will join their close-knit finance team and support catch-up work in the AR function. There is flexibility to join on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipting and respond to inquiries
• Monitor and action outstanding debts through follow-up calls and emails
• Process refunds for credit accounts, including confirming details
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system
• Collaborate with the AR Officer to share and divide responsibilities as appropriate
• Assist with billing, reconciliation, and reporting as required

About You
You are immediately available and bring at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, coupled with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. You are proficient in accounting software, with TASS experience considered a bonus. You are ready to commit to onsite work and open to a short-term contract of approximately four weeks.
