Holding Yard Administration Officer – Join Our Team

Harvey’s Towing is a trusted, family-owned business serving South-East Queensland. We’re seeking a Holding Yard Administration Officer to support our vehicle holding yards and assist with day-to-day operations across multiple depots.

About the Role
You’ll provide admin support, answer customer calls, maintain records, and assist with yard organisation and compliance. This role suits someone reliable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure. Forklift use may be required at times.

What We’re Looking For

Highly reliable with a strong work ethic

Ability to multi-task and stay organised under pressure

Initiative and problem-solving mindset

Previous admin, logistics, or yard experience (towing/auto industry highly regarded)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Driver’s licence required; Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
