Qualifications & experience
• Rostering and backfilling of rosters experience within the workforce of 100 employee
• Liaise with staff members with their rostering queries
• Organising staff training and meeting as required by the management
• HR and Payroll experience is an advantage
Job roles and responsibilities
• Ensure 4 weekly Care staff rosters are created, published, and distributed via HumanForce to employees 2 weeks prior to 4 weekly rosters commencing
• Responsible for backfilling of rosters and available shifts
• Responsible to ensure there is a suitable skill mix per shift, where possible
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Manage all aspects of Agency staff recruited for Clinical Departments, including liaising with Agency Organisation, Recruitment, Orientation and Rostering
• Assist management with staffing numbers and hours to meet the Direct care requirement, maintain the rosters with the staffing payroll budget.
