The team at Anthem are truly passionate about providing experienced, flexible and innovative care solutions to ensure that our residents are confident that their current and future care needs will be met.

What You’ll Do

Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities for our residents

Encourage participation and build meaningful connections

Support wellbeing, independence, and social interaction

Work independently as well as with a caring team who put residents first

Personally maximise the quality of life for each resident

Think outside the box and innovate ways to engage residents

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality

Passion for supporting and engaging older people

Flexible attitude and willingness to get involved

Bonus if you have: Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or studying), dementia/memory loss support skills, and/or a bus/light rigid licence.
