Your new role

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, prioritisation, and document preparation.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, reception, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal events and workshops, including catering and setup.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Liaise with IT and People teams to ensure smooth infrastructure and HR support.
  • Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and track expenses.
  • Act as Fire and Disaster Prevention Officer and lead ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar EA/Office Manager role within corporate or professional services.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to obtain or hold an Australian Government Security Clearance.
