About the Opportunity:
embarc is a leading Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) service provider that proudly offers a personal and tailored approach to supporting people with disability, illness or injury on their employment journey.
As one of our Regional Managers, you will be someone who leads from the front to build strong teams using your strengths-based leadership style. You will collaboratively drive initiatives and instil a culture of confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm into your IEA employment service portfolio across ACT and Queanbeyan.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of IEA services through effective leadership, performance management, business development, and ensuring compliance with all legislative and contractual requirements. You will also be responsible for:
- Leading sites and teams across the IEA employment service area to ensure they meet and exceed their high-level service delivery and compliance measures in accordance with relevant sector standards.
- Developing the capacity of our embarc team to achieve excellence by providing leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities to learn.
- Driving stakeholder relationships with employers, training providers and community providers to optimise tailored assistance and outcomes.
- Supporting strategic planning and growth opportunities and develop strong partnerships across the areas of service.
About You:
As a well-regarded leader, with relevant skills or experience, you will be passionate about leading teams to create employment outcomes for people with disability or disadvantage. You will also have:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance whilst projecting credibility.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team with a person-centered approach.
- Demonstrated ability of achieving performance targets, excellent communication skills, highly developed planning and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to display strong resilience and calmness when operating in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source, review, analyse and translate information to make sound evidence-based decisions.
