Our Skin care Business in North Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic PART TIME Accounts Assistant (3 days per week) to work alongside our Accountant. Working in office every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities and skills required include:
Providing support and assistance to the Accountant and CEO
Primarily working on Bank reconciliation and liaise with Sales, Customer service and logistic team
Manage Accounts payable and Receivable (invoices, payments, claims, reconciliations, statements, queries)
Microsoft Office Suite skills: Outlook, Team and Excel
Assisting with month end tasks as required
You will be required to have:
· QUALIFICATIONS in Accounting/Bookkeeping is a MUST (Diploma or Certificate) with good accounting and journal entry knowledge
· Good oral & written communication skills
· Problem solving capability and ability to work with deadlines
· High Attention to detail and accuracy
· Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
· Working experience will be beneficial for this role although is not necessary.

This is an Entry level job, working experience with knowledge of ERP system such as Oracle NETSUITE will be beneficial although is not necessary as training will be provided to the right person.
