ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (PART TIME - FLEXIBLE HOURS) - IMMEDIATE START

At WPE we do more than just move freight; We help our customers do their business more effectively and efficiently. WPE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team at our Dubbo Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve account discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.

• Prepare and distribute accurate monthly statements.

• Assist Accounts Manager with weekly, fortnightly and monthly invoicing as required.

• Assist Accounts Manager with upload of invoices into customer portals.

• Processing of customer debtor applications.

• Allocation of eftpos receipts in Xero.

• Ad hoc duties from time to time as required by Managing Director, Financial Accountant, Accounts Manager & Assistant Accountant.

About You:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in Xero & MS Excel.

• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
