We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team as a part-time Entry-Level Accounts Officer. This in-office role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, especially suited to those currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting or Business

About the Role

You’ll be working onsite at our Mascot office, providing support in:

Processing and reconciling accounts payable

Assisting with payroll preparation and execution

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Providing general administrative and finance support as needed

Please note: This role is based onsite. There is no option for remote or hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable duties

Support the preparation and execution of payroll

Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations

Assisting on Month and Year end duties

Assist with yearend audit requirements

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Provide general administrative and finance support as needed

About You

Currently studying Accounting, Business Management, or a related field

Possess an excellent academic transcript

A genuine interest and enthusiasm for accounting and finance

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management

Eagerness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team

A strong academic record is valued, but we're equally interested in your potential and passion.
