On behalf of our client, a leading Fintech company, we are seeking a Team Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic in-office role working with an intelligent, career-minded team.
In this key role, you'll provide vital administrative support across multiple channels and assist with essential tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. The role involves handling scheduling, organising events, customer service tasks, managing requests, and supporting key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support for two teams
Ensuring events are set up and running effectively
Coordinating meetings
Calendar Management
Assisting with planning events
Onboarding tasks
Manage requests from the teams through shared inboxes
Provide admin support for the marketing team including formatting, scheduling and assisting with the running of projects
Coordinating travel
Assist in preparing material for events
Liaise with multiple teams to ensure projects are running smoothly.
Key Requirements:
Previous administrative experience - especially with raising and processing invoices
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
