2Fat Indians Alkimos is seeking a talented and experienced Full time Cook to join our dynamic team in Alkimos, WA. As a Full time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that reflect the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our close-knit culinary team, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing
• Crafting authentic and vibrant indian dishes that captures the heartof our cusine, delighting our loyal customers to our high standards
• Ensuring consistently high-quality food presentation and portion control
• Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting in menu development and testing new recipes

What we're looking for

• Diploma Qualified (Diploma of Hospitality Management Or Similar )
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality or restaurant environment
• Proven expertise in wide range of indian cuisine and a passion for creating authentic, flavorful dishes
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position >
