The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Growth – Victoria to drive their expansion into the Melbourne market. This is a pivotal role, responsible for establishing their Victorian presence, growing the agency network, and laying the foundations for future offices across the state.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute strategic growth plans to expand our client’s Victorian footprint.

Identify, recruit, and nurture top-tier commercial agencies and agents seeking to establish their own offices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency business owners and industry leaders.

Champion the benefits of joining our client’s growing national network.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years’ senior experience in commercial or residential real estate.

Proven track record in agency growth, recruitment, or network development.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.

In-depth knowledge of the Victorian commercial property market.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
