We’re seeking a BDM to propel growth across commercial workplace design and fit-out sectors for a leading global firm delivering strategy, design, and construction under one roof.

About the Company
This organisation has a strong presence in Australia with a fantastic internal design and delivery team, servicing multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new fit out opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with property developers, tenant representatives, corporate real estate teams, and design stakeholders.
• Lead sales initiatives and convert pitches into built projects, partnering with internal strategy, design, and delivery teams.
• Ensure projects meet client goals, delivering on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated BDM success in commercial interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction.
• Strong network across the real estate and workplace design sectors.
• Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, design-led environment.
