About the Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting property inspections and open homes

Managing leasing duties and tenant inquiries

Making outbound calls to prospective tenants and buyers

Collaborating with colleagues to support sales and rental campaigns

Meeting and greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service

General office duties and administration

Attending the office daily and contributing to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in real estate or a similar customer-facing role is preferred

You must hold a certificate IV Real estate agents Representitive or Estate Agents license

A current driver’s license and own car – essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Must be able to work from our Carlton office daily
