About the Role
As our Quotation Administrator, you’ll be the steady link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your day will include:

Handling incoming sales calls with professionalism and care

Managing quotation opportunities from start to finish

Liaising with customers and suppliers

Interpreting customer enquiries clearly and accurately

Working closely with Pricing, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments

Attending and contributing to team meetings

What You’ll Bring

A reliable and professional approach, with a genuine “can-do” attitude

Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly

Experience in quoting and customer service within the industrial sector (or a trade/technical background with willingness to learn)

Professional phone and email manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in MYOB or comparable ERP systems considered a plus

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Commitment to following WHS processes and protocols
