Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom

Maintain a visually appealing, organised space showcasing the latest trends and products

Greet customers, understand their renovation needs, and provide expert product and design advice

Convert showroom visitors into satisfied customers through confident and informed sales techniques

Assist customers with post-sale questions and concerns, ensuring excellent after-sales service

Train and support showroom staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills

Monitor and develop staff performance through regular feedback and support

Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and new products in the bathroom renovation industry

Bring a motivated, proactive, and innovative mindset to the team

Skills & Experience

Strong sales background and ability to connect with clients

Confidence in guiding customers through style, colour, and layout selections

Experience in supervising and motivating a team

No experience in bathroom renovations? That’s okay!
