We have an exciting opportunity for a retail leader to join the team at Boardriders Torquay as the new full time Store Manager!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:
Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
Coach and mentor your team
Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:
The ability to lead by example
A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
