Premix King is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Mooroopna store within the next 6 weeks! We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join the setup, help build a strong new team, and drive success from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new store and shape the culture, standards, and customer experience right from launch.

✅ The Role:

Involvement in store setup and launch.

Involvement in Recruitment, training, and management of a brand-new team.

Oversee daily operations including rostering, inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandising.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all liquor licensing requirements.

Drive sales, manage cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency.

Approx. 40 hours per week including nights, weekends & public holidays.

🔑 Requirements:

Previous store management or assistant management experience (liquor or retail preferred).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and operational systems.

RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain before opening).

Must be 18+ with a current Police Check.

Hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
