Senior Property Manager to join our family-friendly, winning team!

We wish to employ a Senior Property Management star to join our growing team at KRPeters Real Estate in Officer.

About the role:

You’ll be taking over a neat portfolio, currently consisting of 130 properties (and growing) from our Senior Property Manager. Your responsibilities and duties will include:

· Maintaining relationships with Renters and Rental Providers

· Processing applications of prospective Renters

· Conducting regular routine inspections

· Entry and exit condition reports

· Conducting regular rent reviews and agreement renewals

· Managing rental arrears

· Organizing repairs and maintenance

· Open for inspections (Saturdays as required with time-off in lieu)

· Applying and attending VCAT hearings

What you’ll need:

· Current agents’ representative certificate

· Up-to-date police check

· Reliable car and drivers’ license

· Excellent verbal and written communications

· Team player

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Property Manager

· Experience with IRE, PropertyMe and Inspection Express is desirable but not essential – as long as you have a good work ethic and a can-do attitude, we can help you learn the rest!
