Mobile Devices, which include iPhone/Android smartphones, tablets, laptops PCs, portable network devices, smartphones, and embedded devices, etc.

Customer owned and Bring Your Own Device

Strong Experience in:

SCCM, Intune, & Windows OS Patching & Upgrades

Provisioning, remote monitoring, and configuration of EUC devices as per the standard policies and procedures of customer EUC Environment

Backup and restoration of EUC devices

Configuration & Maintenance of EUC Asset details in customer ITSM tool

Resolve Incidents, Service Requests, & Problems in EUC Devices and relevant software

Desktop & Laptop OS basic config & troubleshooting, MS Office 365 basic configuration & troubleshooting, Active Directory basic config & troubleshooting

Managing complete lifecycle of Incidents & Service Requests as per SLAs

Ability to work in high pressure environment with multi-tasking and positive attitude

Working with third-party Vendors to identify resolutions of Incidents & Problems

ITSM Tools like Remedy & ServiceNow

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

Willing to relocate to remote areas in VIC, NSW and/or SA is required.
