The Role

You'll be the go-to person for end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, and assisting with on-site IT projects. From rolling out new devices to maintaining critical infrastructure, you'll play a vital role in keeping technology running smoothly for staff making a real difference in the community.

More specifically, you will:

• Provide on-site IT support to users across multiple offices and service locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software (Windows, M365, etc.)
• Support small-scale IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades
• Liaise with central IT team to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

Your Profile

You will have experience working as a Field Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer where you have supported multiple sites in a Level 2 capacity.

You will need:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, basic networking, and mobile devices
• Full driving licence (travel between sites is essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-sufficient attitude with the ability to prioritise
