We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to lead our kitchen in Kalkallo. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.

About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will:

Lead and inspire a small kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes.

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including ordering and stock control

Design and develop seasonal menus with creativity and cost-efficiency.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.

About You

We are seeking someone who is:

A qualified chef with proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef role.

Passionate about creating fresh, innovative, and high-quality food.

A strong leader who can train, motivate, and manage a team.

Organised with excellent time management skills.

Knowledgeable in stock control, costings, and kitchen administration.

Flexible to work nights and weekends as required.
