We are growing our team to meet increasing demand for work on Defence maritime surface and sub surface platforms and are seeking experienced Project Managers and Engineers, along with Asset Management and Sustainment professionals, to join our WA team.

We are looking for professionals with experience in Defence maritime platform systems such as electrical, mechanical, communications, structural and ship systems, as well as related support systems including infrastructure design, asset management and maintenance planning. You will play a key role in delivering design projects and managing capability across the lifecycle to achieve critical Defence outcomes.

If you have hands-on Defence project experience, strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Defence project environment.

Tertiary qualification in a STEM discipline and/or significant Defence project experience.

Proven ability to support and deliver Defence capability projects that meet technical and program requirements.

Background in one or more of the following:

Electrical engineering design

Mechanical engineering design

Structural engineering design

Ship systems (e.g., HVAC, auxiliaries, seawater/freshwater pumps)

Communications systems

Design or Project Management experience of civil Defence infrastructure, eg naval facilities,

Platform Capability Life Cycle Management (Asset Management and Maintenance Planning)

Key Skills

Demonstrated experience in waterfront or engineering-related Defence roles, eg: Design, Test & Commissioning and Verification & Validation (V&V).

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant industry experience highly regarded
