About the role

As the Spare Parts Coordinator at Supergroups', you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management and timely delivery of spare parts to our construction customers across Victoria. This full-time position is based in our Epping, VIC office and is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating the procurement and distribution of spare parts

Liaising with suppliers to ensure the prompt delivery of parts

Providing support to site teams, troubleshooting issues and arranging emergency dispatches as required

Identifying opportunities to improve spare parts management processes and implementing new systems or procedures

Assisting with the planning and coordination of maintenance schedules

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar spare parts or inventory coordination role, preferably within the construction industry but not essential

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in the use of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a solutions-focused mindset
