You will be joining our progressive and supportive team, that thrives on working together to ensure the best possible outcomes achieved for the business and our customers.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, customer focused individual to take on the position of Scheduling Coordinator.

This position is critical to our success and as such it is a fulltime permanent position.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

Receiving and sending emails to be actioned daily

Scheduling for trade and transport crews

Coordinating field employees and sub-contractors

Troubleshooting issues

Liaising with builders and trades

Maintaining accurate and up to date information in our system

Job costing analysis & weekly reporting

Accurate data entry

Answering phone & general office duties

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Experience in construction / logistics and demonstrated customer service excellence.

High level of computer literacy.
