This company is a highly respected Tier 2 commercial builder with a history of experience across commercial construction. With a healthy pipeline of commercial works in 2025 and beyond, they are seeking a Project Coordinator in the Northern Suburbs to assist in the delivery of a major health project.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator you will play a key role in coordinating building permits & certificates, construction management plans and documentation – from contractors and consultants through to council, regulatory bodies and centre management. You will also work closely with the site team in coordinating subcontractors works.

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in Commercial construction
• Must have experience working with Tier 1/2 builders
• Experience in commercial including education, health, industrial and/or apartments
• Ability to confidently use systems and software
