MNA Moto in Hamilton is searching for a Spare Parts Interpreter & Retail Salesperson to join our friendly team!

We sell and service some of the some of the best brands in the industry, including CFMOTO, GASGAS, Bushranger, Gravely, and Cub Cadet.

If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, handling parts enquiries, and working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be the job for you!

About the Role

Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email with parts and sales enquiries

Interpret spare parts for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor power equipment

Process orders, warranty claims, and maintain stock levels

Support retail sales of motorcycles, ride-on mowers, and accessories

Work with our workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts

About You

Customer service experience is essential (retail or spare parts preferred)

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Computer literate with POS and stock control experience (or willing to learn)

A team player with a can-do attitude

Available for Saturday mornings on a roster

A current driver’s licence
