Your new role

As a Residential Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a diverse portfolio of residential developments. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure each project is scoped, priced, and delivered with precision.
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing architectural drawings, engineering reports, and specifications
• Preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns for custom and multi-residential projects
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Maintaining and updating estimating software and cost databases
• Supporting tender submissions and feasibility assessments
• Identifying cost efficiencies and value engineering opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards
