Are you a proactive and organised individual with experience in the building industry? We're looking for a reliable Office All-Rounder to join our busy building company 4 days a week Monday through to Thursday. This is a varied role ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and lodge building permits

Liaise with local shires and relevant authorities

Manage client variations and maintain clear client communication

Coordinate with site supervisors on project updates

Organise and track maintenance and repairs

Learn and assist with basic accounts – including paying wages and subcontractors when accounts staff are away

Answer phones and manage incoming enquiries professionally

General administration duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and keeping the office and kitchen area tidy

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a building or construction office (Minimum 2 years)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Basic understanding of accounts/payroll or a willingness to learn

Good computer skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential

A team player mindset, ready to help wherever needed

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
