We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Coordinator to lead Murraya Children’s Centre, part of the Territory Child Care Group. This is a unique opportunity for an early childhood professional who thrives on being actively involved in children’s learning, educator growth, and family partnerships — not just office administration.

About the Role

As Coordinator, you will:

Lead the curriculum and inspire high-quality practice, ensuring learning is meaningful, engaging, and inclusive.

Build strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community.

Be a visible, hands-on leader, working alongside educators to guide, mentor, and energise practice.

Oversee compliance and operational management with confidence and clarity.

Balance administration with an active presence in rooms, setting the standard for engaged and professional practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

A qualified early childhood professional (Diploma or higher).

Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing.

A confident leader who can motivate educators and build strong, trusting relationships with families.

Able to manage compliance and administration while staying connected to day-to-day practice.

Energised, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.
