About the role
Play a key role supporting the Operations Manager with smooth day to day office operations. Act as the central link with the China office, using your Mandarin skills to bridge communication and ensure seamless collaboration across teams
- Take minutes and support team meetings
- Liaise with IT team and troubleshoot tech issues
- Manage office upkeep, cleaner and supplies
- Set up desks and onboard new staff
- Answer calls, greet guests, assist with ad hoc admin

Experience required
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Drivers license and car
- Previous administration experience
- Professional and well presented
- Property experience preferred but not essential

- 65,000 - $75,000 + Super
