About the Role:
Based at the company’s Wingfield office, this permanent, full-time role is central to the day to day financial, administrative, and operational running of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with external accountants and advisors, you’ll ensure compliance, keep financial processes on track, and provide hands on support across administration, logistics, procurement, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable, fortnightly payroll, and general financial tasks in Xero
Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
Assist with compliance, ATO reporting, BAS and similar obligations
Support budgeting and financial tracking for projects, including grant and contract requirements
Oversee office administration, including procurement, managing email accounts, supplier liaison, and contract registers
Ensure insurances are current and aligned with contractual needs
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new staff, including IT and system access
Liaise with IT providers and manage software licences (Xero, BCI, Autocad, Felix)
Support domestic and international freight and logistics requirements
Contribute to improving and documenting internal processes and systems

Practical, team oriented, and willing to step in to support business needs beyond a strict job description
Confident communicator who can build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
