This unique opportunity allows you to work across both businesses, reporting directly to the General Manager, and contributing to the smooth financial and administrative operations of two thriving organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, monitor collections, and maintain accurate records.
General Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure financial accuracy.
Payroll: Support payroll processing (experience preferred).
Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Budgeting: Help prepare and monitor budgets.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial queries.
Office Administration: Keep operations running smoothly with stock ordering, scheduling, general manager assistance and calendar support.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing.
Proficiency in XERO and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in the residential or commercial building industry is highly regarded.
