We are a fast-growing medical device company based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in surgical packs and personal protective equipment for the hospital and aged care industry. We are launching a new range of CPAP products into the market, are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with experiences in CPAP respiratory care market and with a track record of bringing in new business and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the respiratory care markets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and manage relationships with hospitals, homecare providers, sleep clinics, and distributors.

Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years focused on home respiratory care.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

A background in either Sleep, Nursing, Pharmacy, Optical, or Allied Health fields would be highly valued.

Experience with CPAP machines is essential for this role.

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Strong networking skills and ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Benefits:

Generous salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on the seniority of the person.

Attractive Commission rates depending on the products sold.
