About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Central Coast Energy. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities

Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and expanding our customer base

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns

Analysing sales data and preparing reports for senior management

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the energy or utilities industry

Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting

Thorough understanding of sales best practices and industry trends

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
