What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the day-to-day operations—while also delivering warm, helpful service to our customers. From water testing (we’ll train you) and product advice to stock management and sales support, you’ll be involved in every part of the store’s success.

Your Day Could Include:

Providing friendly service and assisting with pool water testing

Helping manage store presentation, stock, and displays

Supporting team training, rostering, and operations

Advising customers and recommending pool care solutions

Driving sales and contributing to a positive team environment

Taking the lead when the Store Manager is away

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone proactive, organised, and reliable—who thrives in a retail setting and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

You’ll bring:

Experience in retail or assistant management roles

Great people skills and strong customer service instincts

A positive, solutions-focused attitude

Confidence with multitasking and working towards sales goals

A willingness to learn the ropes of pool care (no experience needed)
