About the role

Centennial Park Cycles is seeking an enthusiastic Bicycle Retail Assistant to join our team in Centennial Park. This is a full-time role that will see you supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy bicycle shop.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with bicycle hire, sales, and service enquiries

Maintaining and organising the retail floor and workshop areas

Performing basic bicycle repairs and servicing

Receiving, unpacking and restocking new inventory

Providing excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for

A passion for bicycles and cycling

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with bicycle repair and maintenance

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
