The Role
We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for our Rouse Hill store. You will provide expert beauty advice, achieve sales targets, and ensure our store is welcoming and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised skincare & makeup consultations tailored to customer needs.

Demonstrate products, recommend suitable solutions, and use upselling skills to maximise sales.

Work as part of the team to achieve daily sales targets.

Keep up with the latest K-Beauty trends and participate in brand training to expand product knowledge.

Manage stock levels and maintain attractive, well-organised displays.

Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Provide outstanding customer service every day with a friendly and professional approach.

General daily opreation such as, weekly banking, open close register daily.

About You

1–2 years’ experience in retail sales (beauty experience highly regarded).

Passion for beauty & skincare with strong communication skills.

Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player.

Multilingual (Korean or Mandarin) is a plus.
