Your Role: More Than Just Management

This hands-on, multi-tasking role mixes leadership, customer service and sales. You’ll be a key face of our Beecroft store and play a massive part in its early success.

What you’ll be doing:

Running daily store operations while providing friendly, expert customer service

Assisting with water testing (complete training provided)

Managing stock, store presentation, and general tidiness

Troubleshooting basic pool issues (or referring to our Techs) and recommending solutions

Driving sales with genuine advice and confidence

Working closely with a supportive, inclusive team

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

Experience in retail management, preferably from a national chain

Bonus points for pool shop/service experience – but we’ll teach you if you’re new

Strong customer service skills and a natural problem-solver mindset

Great time management and multitasking skills – you’re calm under pressure

Sales-focused approach – you enjoy hitting goals and helping customers
