About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the Alvey Coffs Harbour store. This role is perfect for someone who is not only customer-focused but also a genuine fishing enthusiast and an Alvey fan.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised customer service

Assist customers in choosing the right reels, rods, and accessories for their needs

Share product knowledge and fishing advice with customers

Process sales through the POS system and handle transactions accurately

Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation

Support the wider team in creating a welcoming in-store experience

About You

A genuine love of fishing and passion for Alvey reels

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Available to work weekends and peak retail periods as required
