The role

Lead the annual remuneration review cycle for overseas posts

Own, maintain and enhance the global salary analysis model

Integrate external market data and ensure data integrity and auditability

Provide strategic advice, dashboards and stakeholder reporting

Collaborate through weekly/fortnightly governance meetings (virtual & on-site)

Key deliverables (indicative)

Month 1: Model review & enhancement

Month 3: Annual data rollover & QA testing

Month 4: Market data procurement & integration

Month 8: Routine/annual reviews completed

Month 10: Complex/comprehensive reviews completed

Month 11: Documentation finalised for audit; ongoing insights provided

You’ll bring

Advanced Excel (incl. PowerQuery) and data modelling skills

Background in remuneration/HR analytics, accounting or finance

Experience analysing market, economic and salary data at scale

Strength in governance, documentation and executive-level communication

Ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver quality outcomes

Requirements

Australian citizenship (Commonwealth environment)

Comfortable working with confidential payroll and personal information

On-site in Barton, ACT, with flexible WFH considered case-by-case to meet security and records policies

Willing to complete mandatory induction and compliance training

Engagement

Labour-hire contractor; standard payment terms; no travel expected

Tools: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams; access to proprietary market data provided
